Immunological recognition of the cell cycle
NK cells appear to preferentially survey target cells that are undergoing mitosis. My research involves developing and utilising both FACS and imaging techniques designed to enable study of the interaction between NK cells and mitotic targets, and how this differs from interactions with non-mitotic targets.
