Matthew Johnson obtained a degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Kent in 2005, and was subsequently accepted onto Imperial College's 4-year doctoral training programme. He obtained his Masters in Biochemical Research in 2006 and has been studying for his PhD from October 2006.
