- 2003-2005: imaging intercellular interactions between NK cells and Plasmodium falciparum infected red blood cells, in collaboration with Professor Eleanor Riley (London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, UK).
- 2003-current: computational modelling of the immune synapse, in collaboration with Prof. Ramit Mehr (Bar-Ilan University, UK).
- 2003-2007: studying regulation of NK cell cytotoxicity by ligation of the activating receptor NKG2D and the inhibitory receptor KIR2DL1, in collaboration with Dr Carsten Watzl (Heidelberg University, Germany).
- 2003- current: studying regulation of NK cell responses, supervised by Professor Daniel M. Davis at the Imperial College (UK).
